About Swan, the Do It Yourself banking platform
We have started Swan 9 months ago, with the ambition to become the next-gen banking-as-a-service. Similarly to the revolution brought by Stripe a few years ago in card acquisition, we want to bring the same level of disruption and time to market to the existing market which are powered by the likes of Wirecard, Treezor, Bankable, etc.

Swan is a banking-as-a-service (Baas). With an emoney license, Swan will offer bank accounts, cards, IBANS, transfers in white label through its APIs.

What you will do

• Lead your projects from concept to completion.
• Build and improve code across the entire stack. Quality is not a tradeoff!
• Ship features and measure impact on usage every week.
• How to build a financial security level application
• Contribute to building our engineering team: participate in technical reviews, architecture, design systems..

You

• You’re a team player, a problem solver and a product builder.
• You have 5+ years experience working with robust distributed back-end service.
• You’re knowledgeable about Node.js and development methodology, process, and tooling
• Bonus: You have knowledges about DDD and event based architecture
