👀 About the role

We are at a crossroads right now at Hexa, we are scaling our model and launching new startup studios in different verticals (fintech, web3 and more to come…). In this context of renewed and growing organization, finding the right talents to launch our companies (especially founders and entrepreneurs) is by far the most important predictor of success for our new ventures.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial, driven and energetic person to lead (and grow) the talent acquisition team and support the company’s growth.

💯 Responsibilities

Directly working with Hexa’s partners, you will also be working every day with our studio heads and entrepreneurs.
As a Head of Talent you will:

  • Define and execute the talent top of funnel strategy for each core persona (tech & business founders, program lead, engineers, product, business). You’ll develop a multi-canal strategy (sourcing, branding, communication, nurturing, events,… We believe creativity is key!). Coordinate community efforts aimed at recruiting.
  • Build, organize and run the talent acquisition team - with mission to recruit the best talent for the studios and the companies we launch (excluding portfolio companies)
  • Become a trusted go-to person for our portfolio founders to help them put the right talents at the right place and right time
  • Lead directly recruiting of the startup founders, head of studios, and studio C-levels together with the partners. Ensure the sharing of the best profiles across the studio studios.
  • Support and coach our founders around recruiting, team management and HR admin so they have all they need to be fully independent when they leave the studio. You will give founders a real edge by equipping them with best-in-class processes and practices.

  • You are excited about the idea of building a recruiting machine, build and lead a strong team, define and structure processes with a growth(sales) mindset.
  • You are independent and love working in autonomy.

  • You have excellent communications skills and are comfortable interacting with anyone, from first employees at early stage startups to C-levels at Series D companies.
  • You are creative: you constantly are looking to bring in new ideas and perspectives but you are also analytical: you use a data-driven approach to understand and replicate success.
  • You strive for excellence and go above and beyond in everything you do.
  • Your are fully fluent in English and French written and oral.
