As our GTM Lead, you will be leading all things sales, growth and marketing.

You will be working in one of Europe entrepreneurial’s epicenter, hand in hand with brilliant and driven entrepreneurs on various topics related to B2B SaaS. You will have full ownership of your scope and will be/become the go-to person when it comes to acquisition, retention or monetization.

You will be involved in developing our new ventures at all stages:

  • Validation, e.g conducting user interviews, influencing product roadmap, onboarding beta testers, closing the first clients,
  • Traction, e.g turning the first 10 clients into 100, identifying lead generation patterns, processing the sales cycle,
  • Scaling, e.g crafting and implementing the groundwork for scalable processes and toolstack, recruiting an A-player team based on the needed skills you will have identified, bringing the company to a Seed-ready stage business wise.

NB : We are remote friendly but this is NOT a full-time remote position. Members of the Core Team work in our offices at least 2 days/week (75009 Paris).

Profil recherché

  • Previous experience in B2B SaaS and a strong tech culture
  • Previous involvment in growth/marketing and sales positions or teams
  • +4 years of experience among which at least 2 at a start-up ideally arriving at an early stage but it’s not mandatory
  • Experience implementing growth and/or sales strategy at a tech startup
  • You thrive in the chaos of an outbound driven entrepreneurial ecosystem
