Descriptif du poste

We’re looking for someone to be part of the founding team (1st employee) to help Elba execute its Go-to-Market strategy. You’ll be fully autonomous, while supported by the CEO, in making Elba the main European Cybersecurity employee management platform for SMBs. Your role will be determining to kick-start Elba’s growth and reach our ambitious goals.

Key outcomes of the role

  • Craft and implement our go-to-market strategies
  • Define audiences leveraging buyer intents (hirings, growth, digitalization level…) and new verticals
  • Work on acquiring the first users in every possible way (creating inbound conversion funnels, leading outbound prospection, creating a product-led growth motion… and even go out in the street if needed) and generate a maximum of qualified leads
  • Carry on the first user demo when necessary
  • Be involved in strategic initiatives like launch plans, pricing strategy, pitch crafting
  • Be the voice of our customers in the team and get involved in product roadmap prioritization using clients’ feedbacks.
  • Implement a best-in-class tool stack for all things sales & marketing (CRM, CDP, Enrichment, etc.)
  • Enrich our Growth knowledge base with all new processes and best practices process.

Profil recherché

🛠 Skills & must haves

  • 1-3 years experience in sales/growth environment, ideally in BtoB SaaS
  • Energetic, with a strong relationship comfort, you are a thoughtful hunter and are not afraid to take your phone if needed
  • Strong appetite for results, performance and challenges. Analytical and process-minded, you aren’t afraid to iterate & measure your results on short sprints
  • Good business and commercial sense while having an interest in data/automation topic/tools
  • You’re an output driven doer with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • You can be both analytical and creative
  • You’re a team player and autonomous
  • You know what you don’t know and have the ability to quickly develop new skills
  • You are at ease with tools like Hubspot, Zapier, PhantomBuster. You are a spreadsheet master, you know how to code a simple scrapping script, you know how an API work.

Nice to have

  • Bonus 🤩: you have worked at a an early stage company where you’ve occupied a similar position
  • Extra bonus if you code!
