About the role
Reporting directly to the William and Noémie, the two founders and in daily collaboration with the Product team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the Fleex tech strategy.
We are looking for a highly skilled CTO with a strong tech background. You are a business partner at heart, a technical leader and support the overall decision making process.
We want to develop a fully automated SaaS platform that manage all the needs of your employees and assists them in providing them with an unique remote working experiences.
Mission
Reporting directly to founders William and Noémie and in daily collaboration with our Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the Fleex tech strategy within a team of 4 developers.
We are looking for a highly skilled CTO with a strong tech background. You are a business partner at heart, a technical leader, and willing to support the overall decision-making process.
We want to develop a fully automated SaaS platform managing and assisting employees’ needs so they can have a unique remote working experience.
Minimum 6 years of work experience in a technological role and in an Agile/scrum environment, with significant managerial experience
Master degree in Engineering/Computer Science school or equivalent experience
Experience in working in high-growth / startup environments
Work experience in one of these sectors :
CMS (shopify, Prestashop etc.),
Marketplaces or, more generally, E-commerce.
Workflow management (ex: Notion, Asana etc),
Product inventory management.
Experience in scaling and managing a tech team growing from 2 to 25 devs: you have excellent interpersonal and team management skills and have already worked in a full-remote environment.
Hard skills: we are looking for a hands-on CTO who can contribute to the early development
Soft skills: structured, data-driven, analytical skills, adaptation, curiosity, rigor in delivery times, strong team spirit, and proactivity.
Own the current Tech Stack
Excellent verbal and written communication (both in English and in French)
