Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative support to directors
  • Scheduling and organization of team meetings, providing full logistical support (site selection, hotel reservations, group transfers, team activities, dinner reservations, invitations etc)
  • Onboarding support for new hires
  • Invoices and purchase orders processing
  • Supporting Logistics team with invoice control
  • Preparing presentation
  • Attending important department meetings, taking meeting minutes
  • Managing vacation planning of the team to ensure back fill
  • Cooperating with Global Planning, Sourcing and Logistics team to schedule global/regional meetings
  • Organizing annual regional meeting
  • Working alongside Supply Chain operations and Project Management to ensure monthly reports are ready
  • Supporting different projects
  • Ad-hoc tasks and other business requirements

Preferred experience

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma
  • 4 - 5 years of relevant administrative support experience
  • Supply Chain experience is advantage

Additional Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent English written and verbal, additional language is a plus
  • Pro-active, enthusiastic, driven, ‘can do’ attitude
  • Attention to detail
  • Time management skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Able and willing to work effectively in a team as well as on his/her own
