For a very ambitious agile-at-scale program, leveraging state-of-the-art ways of working & technologies that carries major business stakes, we are looking for a Product Designer.

Within this program organized by Feature Teams, as a Product Designer you will be responsible for providing all UX/UI methodologies and technical skills, with an operational approach, to support the strategy, design and performance of the Digital Product. You will support the design team in achieving a high level of production quality for our interfaces. You will report directly the Experience Lead.

You are creative and you know how to think outside the box to propose innovative and different interfaces. As a Product Designer you will :

• Ensure that user problems are identified and define solutions that have been confirmed and validated with real users

• Design innovative interfaces in line with the features, user journeys & payment experience to deliver best-in-class B2C and B2B value proposition

• Design and develop the common design system for each interface. Contribute to the construction of creative lines for our solutions

• Ensure that the interfaces designed are technically viable by including developers in the design process

• Establish with other designers a common vision of key design concepts for product, strategy and brand positioning

• Work within an efficient design and delivery process to ensure timely delivery

• Contribute to design initiatives and shape the culture of the design team by collaborating within a Feature Team Organization :

  • Lead Product Manager to work on the product vision :
  • Digital Product Owner to build the UX/UI interfaces
  • Product Delivery Manager to carry out user tests
  • Establish close links with developers and the product

You could be our next teammate if :

• You have more than 3 years of experience as a Product Designer with a total mastery of Figma tool and an excellent knowledge of UX methodologies and a technical understanding

• You are able to lead design projects from conception to iteration and implementation. You proactively anticipate the needs of different teams and projects

• You bring a collaborative approach and the belief that the best products are built through a partnership with Product, Design and Developers

• You have excellent organizational skills and a “systemic” mindset and know-how to maintain a design system.

• You have the desire to give and receive constructive feedback in a transparent working environment
