In a context of digital transformation, Edenred is committed to offer the best User Experience to its millions of mobile active users. Mobile is a key channel that aims to be used worldwide and be the pipeline to spread innovation quickly in any Edenred country.

To do so, the Group is moving from +60 apps worldwide to 1 global app factory. First step is to provide a best in class mobile app dedicated to cardholders of Benefits solutions (i.e. Ticket Restaurant card) which includes nice and innovative features (i.e. split payment).

Consequently, we are building a global mobile team who works according to Scrum methodology.

What we’re looking for

We are looking for an experienced Lead UX Designer to join Edenred’s Product and Innovation Department. You will be responsible for leading on UX and design of our Global Mobile app which serves the needs of several product lines and is one of the key focuses of the business.

Ultimately, you will create both functional and appealing features that address our users’ needs, help us grow our customer base and contribute to get the best ratings on the stores.

You will work closely with Product Managers and Engineers while taking full ownership of your work. You push creativity and challenge established ways of thinking and working. You spark fresh ideas and infuse them in our culture and products.

Responsibilities

Gather, evaluate and prioritize user and business requirements
Take ideas and concepts, and translate them into world-class a experience for our iOS and Android mobile users
Plan and facilitate effective ideation discovery workshops with stakeholders
Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, journey maps, process flows and sitemaps
Develop visual design prototypes ranging from comps to interactive mock-ups
Communicate design rationale effectively to key stakeholders
Responsible for gaining a deep understanding of the users and their needs including designing and conducting user research and user testing
Translate and turn insights from user research and user testing into value-adding solution concepts and actionable deliverables

Proven work experience as a UX / Product Designer or similar role
An outstanding portfolio demonstrating the successful delivery of innovative Mobile app and interface design solutions for IOS and Android
A strong working knowledge of interaction design and user-centred experience design
Have extensive experience in working closely with product, business and engineering teams and development teams
Strong capacity to animate and co-create in large groups of multi-disciplinary persons and stimulate creativity & ideas generation and synthesize findings into new user experience and business concepts
A good understanding of various research methodologies and experienced in running and managing user research and user testing
Rapidly produce multiple concepts and prototypes; knowing when to apply pixel-perfect and when to make low-fi sketches and prototypes.
Familiar with current technological trends & innovative business models
An exceptional influencing and communication skills to clearly articulate your concepts and evangelize on their behalf and to get buy-in on ideas within a large organization
A great team player and a high degree of creativity, empathy, curiosity, passion, resilience and problem-solving ability
Strong on driving for results and self-motivated, strong learning mindset and not afraid of not afraid to fail fast and learn quickly
Fluent in French and English. Another language is a plus

Position located at our headquarters - 14-16 Boulevard Garibaldi, Issy-les-Moulineaux

Full remote during Covid, but when we go back to the office, you would be expected to be able to work in person with our Paris-based team.
