Your Role at Echo

You will be joining the People Team. A great team built around 3 dedicated professionals. Along with our HR Manager & business Talent Acquisition, your goal as a team is to attract, hire and onboard the best talents to drive our innovation forward, in an international environment.

Your main challenge will be to build and execute a strategic hiring plan to attract top-tier talent for our R&D and Product teams. This will include developing a deep understanding of our technological needs, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding.

As such, your main responsibilities will be:

  • Collaborate closely with R&D and Product team leaders to identify their talent needs and challenges
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing to negotiating offers and onboarding
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
  • Foster a positive candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and feedback throughout the hiring process
  • Utilize data and analytics to measure recruitment effectiveness and inform continuous improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaboratively work on various TA x HR projects

What we’re looking for

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the tech industry
  • Proven track record of successfully hiring for R&D and Product roles, ideally from the Data industry, junior to VP level.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with effective communication skills
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and skill sets
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment marketing tools
  • Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving and process improvement
