You will come into contact with

An app, a PC product that many people like to use and that is still being improved.
A group of young people who share the same passion for design.
A bunch of e-commerce design secrets you didn’t know before.
A range of unexpected cross-disciplinary experiences.

你的职责

1. 沟通：对接各部门涉及电商的业务需求，收集所负责功能的用户和数据反馈。
2. 规划：把控时间节点，负责从需求到上线的整体规划以及进度工作安排。
3. 设计：负责电商功能的前端/后台的流程设计以及后续功能视觉走查
4. 协作：与其他用户体验设计师，工程师以及测试人员能密切合作，共同推进项目完成。

Your responsibilities

1. Create and manage online advertising banners, campaign ads (for print) for ECENTIME APP and for the company.
2. Create online posters for every iteration of ECENTIME across various channels.
3. Work closely with other graphic designers to align with the design needs of staff in various departments and implement them effectively.

2. 了解或者想要电商行业工作流程，热爱本职工作，工作细心，责任心强，善于沟通;
3. 熟练使用平面设计与交互设计相关软件，如Figma，Sketch， Adobe XD 、Photoshop、InDesign、Illustrator， Axure等;
4. 敢想敢做，有批判性思维，能够换位思考以及同理心。

We hope you

1. Preferably a design-related graduate with a love of art/drawing and good colour control/composition skills.
2. Have an accurate understanding of design need with the courage to explore and experiment with different design styles.
3. Familiar with the Adobe range of design software: InDesign, illustrator, photoshop, CorelDraw, etc.
   Love this job, good at communication, have a strong sense of responsibility.
