Descriptif du poste

You will be at the heart of the sales and marketing machinery of Early Metrics, having a 360° view on how we build our growth both by fetching new clients, and making sure that existing ones remain Early Metrics advocates.

As part of our new and growing Sales & Marketing department, you will contribute to the deployment of our growth strategy through different acquisition channels (marketing automation, events, partnerships, social networks, etc.). Your missions will include both long-term project management and hands-on work.

As the right-hand man of our Account Executives, both in France and the UK, you will support them in building successful client relationships for the long-term with top C-level from the Innovation and Investment world.

Your main tasks will be, among other things:

On growth hacking:

  • Identifying relevant events in the innovation & startup ecosystem and engage with prospects,
  • Exploring and developing lead generation channels such as webinars, podcast, etc.
  • Feeding our marketing automation strategy with new targets you will have identified,
  • Animating lead generation partnerships to find the clients of tomorrow,
  • Strengthening our sales performance by working on sales materials and data !

On customer success:

  • On-boarding our clients and launching successful new missions,
  • Ensuring client satisfaction through organization of delivery and spot production,
  • Developing client footprint by identifying new users and reaching out to them,
  • Being the right-hand of Account Executives in the sales process.

Profil recherché

Who you are:

  • Last year of your Master’s degree from Business or Engineer Schools,
  • 1 or 2 previous successful internship(s) in a sales or marketing position with proven capacity to multitask, and work in a very dynamic environment,
  • Great appetite for sales development, data and innovation !
  • Fluent in English and French are mandatory

Déroulement des entretiens

3-rounds interview process

  • First interview to get to know each other
  • Second interview with a Business Case to assess your technical skills
  • Third and last interview with a Partner.
