Descriptif du poste

You will enter the venture ecosystem in an international company with a unique position in the startup world! You will be working closely with the Data and Modeling team who coordinates the development and implementation of our rating models and projects related to the architecture, collection and analysis of our extra-financial and financial data.

Your role:

  • Design tools to create value out of a 4,500+ rated startups and 35k+ qualified companies in our database.
  • Ensure the continuous update and quality of the rating databases
  • Participate in data-quality projects and improve the data flows
  • Support the modeling team in the analysis of statistical results and come up with suggestions to optimise and automate the existing models (rating and valuation)
  • Work closely with the operation teams to collect and process backtesting data: lead a backtesting campaign by interviewing entrepreneurs to evaluate their growth to date
  • Conduct data analysis to produce content used by the Communication & Marketing department to showcase Early Metrics
  • Screen and test new data providers and participate in the integration with Early Metrics’ platforms

Profil recherché

Requirements:

  • Enrolled in a business or engineering school, or University Master in business analytics seeking for a gap-year internship
  • Advanced Excel mastery
  • Proven skills in manipulating databases, processing quantitative information and analysing results
  • Previous use of data visualisation tools would be a plus
  • Understanding of the Tech and Venture Capital ecosystems
