As an Accountant - Office Manager, you will be at the very heart of our international organisation. With a wide range of responsibilities, encompassing finance and administration, human resources and office management, you will be crucial in ensuring a perfect functioning of our organisation. The growth of Early Metrics implies an ever-increasing demand to improve our processes. You will be working together with the CFO and Talent Manager to get our processes ready for our next chapter of global presence.

Your main tasks will be, among other things:

Finance and Administration:

  • Managing accounts receivable: creating bills and following up on overdue accounts;
  • Processing accounts payable: processing bills and initiating payments;
  • Providing administrative support;
  • Managing office and travel expenses.

Human Resources:

  • Managing the payroll and social taxes in France and UK;
  • Managing new hires: contracts, on-boarding process, Visa process when applicable;
  • Managing staff: labor doctors, health insurance, days off, absences, training sessions;
  • Being the point of contact of all employees (FR and UK) about continuous HR administrative tasks.
  • Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance

Office Management:

  • General office management: Organising office layout, ordering office supplies, managing office subscriptions, processing paperwork;
  • Managing the procurement and tracking of IT-equipment for employees;
  • Dealing with ad-hoc administrative and legal requests;

Profil recherché

Who you are:

  • Education: BAC+2 or higher - Last-year internship;
  • Fluent in French and English;
  • Basic knowledge of accounting fundamentals;
  • Very good mastery of Excel;
  • Previous internship/experience in a fast-paced environment would be a plus.
