What do we do ? Dolead works alongside our client marketing and sales team to power their growth. Dolead run paid marketing campaigns faster, integrate customer data with confidence and generate sales-ready leads at a fixed cost per lead, directly into any CRM.

Context

The EMEA team currently represents 9 people reporting to Jean, our Sales & Marketing Director EMEA

- 3 Team Leaders (hunting & farming),

- 2 Sales development representatives

- 4 Customer Success Managers

In this context of strong growth, we are recruiting an Account Executive for the French-speaking market (France, Belgium and Switzerland).

Your responsabilities

  • 360 role where you will be in charge of finding and closing your own deals in partnership with a Business Development Representative team
  • Deliver New Business Targets (Turnover, Closings) for your Area
  • Understand the customers needs and build relationships and trust with key decision makers and C-level stakeholders (CEOs and CMOs)
  • Develop a deep understanding of Dolead’s value proposition, client success stories and market positioning
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success, Marketing Operation and Product team to drive revenue growth and enhance customer experience

Your qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience closing new business preferably in Lead Generation or Digital Marketing
  • A proven track record of success achieving new business and revenue growth metrics
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Salary Package: 40-45k€ fixed salary (regarding the profile) + 13k€ bonus
