Chief Financial Officer - permanent role - based in Paris

We are a global leader in Lead generation and we power the growth of 200 clients across 15 countries. We are lucky to have a team of 100+ experts with 13 different nationalities, working remotely and in offices across France and the U.S.

We work alongside our client marketing and sales team to power their growth. Dolead runs paid marketing campaigns faster, integrates customer data with confidence and generates sales-ready leads at a fixed cost per lead.

We are looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead and supervise the Financial Department and help the Company to reach the objectives.

You will play a key role in supporting Dolead’s operations and optimize the business performance, working closely with the CEOs to define the company's strategy.

You will provide long-term strategic and financial planning and work with business leaders to provide efficient and effective finance advice, control and support across Europe & US.

Partner to the CEOs, you will be a member of the Executive Committee.

Main responsibilities:

• Oversee financial and accounting operations across Dolead’s subsidiaries (US, UK, FR)
• Deliver high-quality financial monthly/quarterly reportings (data and analysis)
• Manage a team of 6 passionate experts in Paris (inc. 1 person in the US)
• Update/improve, lead and monitor the implementation of strategic business plans
• Develop performance measures that support the company's strategic direction
• Improve/deploy tools to analyze and monitor operations (Europe & US) in support of all Dolead’s departments/subsidiaries
• Update cash flows forecast and BP, monitor cash flows and set up budget control processes, lead budget cycles and challenge other Directors
• Define annual budgets, reforecasts and long-term plans
• Support and assist Dolead different departments to optimize financial KPIs
• Influence Dolead’s strategy and decision making
• Ensure that Dolead complies with all legal and regulatory requirements
• Maintain relations with external auditors and investigate their findings and recommendations
• Report financial results to Executive Management and/or the Board of the company
• Work on corporate topics: non-dilutive grants, fundings cases, M&A opportunities…

Skills & background

• 10+ years of experience working in the Financial field (dealing with P&L, cash flows, statements, reforecast, budget cycles…)
• Proven ability in managing a team (partially in remote), and be a natural leader
• Ideally proven experience within a startup/scale-up (VC-backed / scale-up under LBO ) in an international environment as a CFO, VP of Finance or Head of Finance
• Proven communication skills (with internal teams/directors, financial partners, investors…)
• Pragmatic, efficient and business oriented able to handle day to day operational finance, mid-term projects and financial strategy
• Committed and willing to take on new challenges
• Fluent in English & French
