Doctolib is looking for a Recruiting Manager (x/f/m) to lead our Product recruitment strategy globally. You will manage a growing team and work closely with the other talent acquisition managers & directors, HR operations and People Development teams to build high performing specialty product teams.
The Doctolib Talent Acquisition Organisation is a growing team of 100 people with ambitious staffing plan targets (we are looking to hire more than 1000 new doctolibers each year!).
- Manage a team of 5 Recruiters and own the staffing plan completion
- Structure team performance goals based on staffing plan in partnership with the TA leadership team (coordination, sourcing...etc)
- Directly recruit for 2
-3 key product positions per quarter (according to staffing needs)
- Collaborate with Sourcing Leads & Employee Engagement teams to boost different hiring streams
- referrals, outbound sourcing, inbound, offline strategies (conferences, events etc)
- Influence product leadership to continuously up
-level recruitment process
- Partner with the people strategy team to evaluate metrics, report on recruitment results and determine ROI to boost our talent pipeline and improve our assessment
- Collaborate with TA Excellence Team to build guidelines, trainings, and documentations to ensure unified global structure across TA & Product
- Partner with our Diversity team to design and roll out our DEI Strategy and execution plan to increase workforce diversity and continue to foster Doctolib's culture of inclusion
