Doctolib is looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our Paris Talent Acquisition team to help us achieve our ambitious hiring targets. Not only will you be helping us land some important hires, but will also be helping to re
-shape the way we think, work, and collaborate as a team. And you will work directly with Engineering VPs, Directors, and Managers to attract and close top talent while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

Your Mission 

• Candidate Champion; you will be an expert on your candidates' motivations and drivers, share this information in a meaningful way to hiring teams, challenge hiring managers on decision making, and bring the best candidates to doctolib.
• Talent advisor; you will bring insights into expectation
  -setting conversations, co
  -build realistic and diverse target candidate profiles with hiring managers, recommend salary ranges, coach hiring managers to play a leadership role around the interviewing and selection process, and engage the hiring manager as a key player in the closing process
• Train hiring managers and interviewers to be better at creating recruiting culture
• Collaborate and partner with recruiters, sourcers, and coordinators to up
  -level the way we do hiring from a quality, quantity, and candidate experience perspective
• Leverage our tools to enhance funnel metrics, speed metrics, quality of hire metrics, candidate experience feedback and diversity metrics
• Source, Assess & Prepare candidates for interviews, and advocate for candidates at Debrief and Closing steps
• Launch new roles and participate in scoping discussions
• Recruiting for all of Doctolib's engineering hubs (Berlin, Nantes, Paris, and Milan)
