Doctolib is looking for a Strategy Manager Germany (x/f/m) who will play a central role in defining the next product or services evolution, build the best plan to reach the target and discuss the conclusions and recommendations directly with Doctolib executive committee members.

What you will do

As Strategy Manager Germany (x/f/m), you will be in charge of:

• Identifying key future product or services needs for healthcare practitioners in Germany and in France, building and driving a full strategy around it

• Selecting key opportunities and defining product/service positioning and business plan

• Identifying and if recommended, fully driving potential M&A and partnerships, from sourcing to integration

• Implementing the plan successfully and monitoring performance month after month 

• Accompanying Doctolib overall organization in this new product integration: 

• Helping to adapt our internal processes (sales, marketing and operations) to the roll-out of this new product

• Fostering product knowledge across the entire organization and market

• Building and managing a team of strategy analyst(s)

Your skills

You could be our next teammate if:

• You have at 5 - 7 years of experience either in: Strategy consulting firms, M&A or Corporate strategy team (having an experience in healthcare is a strong plus)

• You are data driven and have excellent analytical mindset

• You have excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver meaningful decisions

• You are able to manage and prioritize multiple projects and thrive in a fast-paced environment

• You are able to launch operationally an innovative project from scratch

• You are used to working in an international environment and able to think global / act local
