Your Team

We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator to be part of the Salesforce team, to facilitate and help our internal Salesforce users both in France and Germany. You will be within our Sales & Marketing Performance domain, and you will contribute to the company development strategy.

Your missions

• Manage Salesforce.com CRM including change requests and escalated administrative needs of users

• Hands on configuration of new and existing Salesforce.com features

• Focus on user efficiencies, solving business/customer issues, invent creative solutions, and ensure data accuracy across the system.

• Experience configuring and implementing latest salesforce products (Einstein Bots, Salesforce Service Voice, Salesforce Maps & ETM, etc)

• Keep up to date with Salesforce releases, features and best practices.

Your skills

You could be our next team mate if you:

• have a Salesforce Admin or App builder certification
• have an analytical thinking 
• promote the team spirit
• are rigorous & structured

Now, it would be fantastic if you have also:

• 2+ years of experience in Salesforce administration
