The team

As a Sales Performance Analyst
- Upsell & Satisfaction, you will join the Global Sales Performance team, whose objective is to boost the Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) per headcount of our 600 sales teams in France, Germany, Italy & beyond, while ensuring scalability. 

Within that team, Upsell & Satisfaction team is responsible of providing the perfect organisation, processes, and tools in all countries to:

  • Securitize current MRR
  • Generate new MRR on our existing clients by selling them new Products

In this critical role, you will work closely with the various Sales, Strategy and Data teams to optimise processes and identify opportunities.

You will also work hand in hand with our product teams, partnering with Salesforce & Doctolib product managers to build a scalable sales platform that will integrate more products & countries.

This global position is key at a time when Doctolib is scaling up at exceptional speed its product portfolio & expanding its geographic presence. This is also a fantastic opportunity to develop your project & team management skills and develop best

Your mission 

You will lead and manage transformation projects that are already identified, and will build the roadmap for the next opportunities that will help us scale and boost our MRR.

Examples of potential assignments: 

  • Align multiple C
    -level stakeholders on your vision to transform the way we sell our products
  • Build a framework to identify upsell opportunities
  • Gather all the data & knowledge to prioritise projects within your product managers’ roadmaps
  • Conduct workshops with business partners & product managers to modify product features
  • Identify with data & business teams opportunities to boost your KPIs
  • On field visits with sales to understand how processes can be improved

Your skills

We are looking for the following profile:

  • 1
    -2 years of experience either in:
    • Strategy Consulting firm, or
    • Sales Operations in high growth environment, or
    • Project management with a strong focus on product topics
  • Successful experience in project management
  • Fast thinker, with a detail
    -oriented, data
    -driven mindset
  • Strong knowledge of excel / GSheet modeling & Powerpoint / Sliding 
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast
    -paced & challenging environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
  • Fluent in both French & English
  • A good level in German or Italian is a strong plus
  • A first experience in Salesforce & SQL would be a strong plus
