Doctolib is looking for a Director - B2B Partnerships (x/f/m) to cover the German market. 

You will lead the creation and development of a new revenue stream for Doctolib in Germany. Your mission will be to define our B2B partnership roadmap and drive deal-making to develop our indirect sales channel. We expect the B2B Partnership channel to become a key contributor to our customer acquisition model (GP, Dentist, Specialists). 

Directly reporting to our Managing Director for Germany (Group Exco Member); you will be a key member of our German leadership team.

What will be your missions?

  • Drive revenue for DE by opening a new revenue stream through cooperation with other players in the practice market (Indirect sales channel)
  • Map the key players for B2B sales in the practice market per cluster (GP, Dentist, Specialist) and build a prioritized roadmap of potential partners 
  • Build / consolidate your network regarding those players 
  • Define the deals’ mechanics (financials and business model, contract building, deal activation,..)
  • Engineer and operationalise the deals by coordinating the different functions that should be involved (e.g : Marketing, Go To Market Strategy, Sales, Product...)
  • Together with the MD and relevant teams, you will be in charge of closing the deals. We aim at closing > 30 partnership deals in the next three years 
  • Coordinate the efforts for training partners 
  • Follow the success of the deals and be the owner of the performance of the indirect channel 

Who are you?

    • You have 7-10 years of professional experience 
    • You have a strong track record in deal making 
    • You have strong business sense and recognized strategic thinking skills 
    • You are collaborative and able to gather teams around common objectives
    • You have a strong bias for action and a strong sense of ownership
    • You have an entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition to transform the healthcare sector;
    • You have excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate both verbally and in writing a compelling vision;
    • You ideally have operated in a BtoB tech organisation
    • You ideally have experience in the healthcare sector and a personal network in the space 
    • You recognize yourself in our SCALES values (Service, Care, Act, Learn, Enjoy, Structure)
    • You speak German on a native level and are fluent in English. French is a plus.
