About This Opportunity:

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead our fast-growing team of Account Executives for the DACH region. As a Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for mentoring and developing our existing sales team and play a crucial role in driving the growth across new logo acquisition and new customers within the region.

Our ideal candidate is a natural coach who is driven, curious, intelligent, and brings a solid prior experience in sales management in Saas.

Report to: VP of Sales EMEA

Location: Munich preferred or Remote Germany

You will;

  • Develop and own the execution of a successful sales strategy for the DACH region.
  • Establish and proactively manage territory plans and sales targets for the sales team.
  • Demonstrate high levels of professionalism and leadership by being diligent, thorough and making a positive impact during every sales engagement.
  • Consistently meet/exceed established targets and quotas.
  • Accurately forecast on a weekly and monthly cadence to meet and exceed set quotas.
  • Work closely with Field Marketing to establish the Docebo brand and presence in the region and deliver targeted marketing interventions to clients and prospects.
  • Continuously identify coaching and development needs within the team.
  • Continuously encourage and develop discipline in your sales team with regards to updating the CRM timely and with high-quality information and other admin-related tasks pertinent to the role.
  • Report key metrics and status updates to management as required.
  • Ensure that the sales team executes a smooth and successful handoff of new wins into the subsequent phases of the Client Lifecycle (e.g., implementation, adoption and optimisation).
  • You have;

  • Minimum 10 years of sales management experience within the DACH region with a proven track record of success.
  • HR/LMS software specific sales experience. Deep understanding of the SaaS sales cycle .
  • HCM experience is a plus.
  • Fluent German and English is a must
  • Superior coaching skills.
  • Passion for helping sales reps improve.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify team trends and patterns to drive results.
  • Personal responsibility to crush team goals.
