The role

DNA Script is looking for a a dynamic, talented individual to join the Nucleotide Chemistry team for an internship in modified nucleotides project. The project consists of multistep synthesis of different modified nucleotide targets. Those modified nucleotides will be tested in our technology (enzymatic DNA synthesis) in purpose to synthesize modified DNA for several application such as epigenetic, fluorescence probe. The internship will be supervised by a confirmed PhD in organic chemistry.

Qualifications and experience

Essential

• Last year of engineering/ master degree in the field of organic chemistry
• Good knowledge and practice in organic reaction, purification utilizing chromatography techniques (FC and HPLC) and analysis of organic molecules by TLC, NMR, HPLC, LC/MS
• Ability to work as part of a large multi-disciplinary team
• Good understanding and speaking of English
• Excellent learning, organizational skills
• Highly motivated candidate with passion for science
