Dimpl offers invoice insurance against late payments for B2B businesses. Our platform is 100% online and incredibly simple.

Descriptif du poste


As Lead Sales, you will be responsible for building the sales team and converting qualified leads into customers.


  • Build the sales strategy in collaboration with CEO
  • Foster motivation and drive in the sales team
  • Share your best practices and benefit from those of your colleagues.
  • Build and track relevant and reliable sales KPIs
  • Pursue both individual and team sales goals and consistently hit target
  • Work with the Growth and Business development team to identify and research relevant sales targets
  • Understand customer needs and buying cycle to gather key prospect information, generate interest and bring in successful customers
  • Handle demos & closing from inbound & outbound leads
  • Complete accurate tracking of communication with current and potential customers in our CRM Hubspot
  • Identify and actively address inefficiencies: we need to leverage our tools for prospecting at speed

Profil recherché

You’ll be a great fit if you have the following experience and skills

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in as an Account Executive (closing deals)
  • Excellent cold-calling and phone-based sales experience
  • Comprehensive sales cycle experience from prospecting to discovery to sign- on
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation and persuasive skills across all levels
  • A Team-player at heart, willing to take risks and be challenged everyday
  • An entrepreneurial spirit - our team is hard working, self-motivated and ambitious
  • Well organized and autonomous, you can multitask and prioritize your work efficiently
  • Ability to accept and process change quickly and with a positive attitude
  • Unquestionable integrity, credibility and character, able to demonstrate high moral and ethical behavior
