Currently we are looking for a new colleague for the position of SCRUM Master to extend and strengthen our team of SW Development.

What will be your tasks?

Helping your team to reach the goals through:
o fixing problems
o motivating the team to achieve better results
o protects the team from external influences that could distract them from focused work on a defined goal

Building and maintaining a good atmosphere, trust and transparency in the team
Coaching team members and supporting them in everyday project life
Facilitating Scrum ceremonies like daily scrum and retrospective meetings
Communication not only with Product Owner – you will be interpersonal bridge builder and integrator

What we expect:

• Enthusiasm and interest in Agile methods and Scrum
• Deep understanding of the principles of agile software development
• Proven knowledge of Scrum (ScrumMaster certification highly welcome)
• Experience from agile environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of SW Development and testing - Previous programming or tester practice is a must
• Knowledge of Automotive
