Didomi is an innovative French company that develops a SaaS platform for privacy management. We help our customers be compliant with their regulatory obligations, in particular with the European Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and to build a relationship of trust with their customers regarding personal data.

Our solutions are designed to help data protection officers (CIOs, Data Protection Officers, Legal & Compliance officers) in their daily tasks regarding privacy management. We work with leading brands like Deezer, Orange, Le Bon Coin, Harrods, l'Equipe, France TV…

We recently raised 40 millions dollars in a Series B.

Didomi is currently looking for a Customer Marketing Assistant. Under the supervision of the Lead Partner & Customer Marketing Manager, your role will be to support marketing actions that aim at increasing client retention and loyalty. 

We’re looking for an organized, creative and motivated individual. You must be able to handle a variety of different assignments to fulfill business objectives! You will work within the marketing team and very closely with the Customer Success (CSM) team as well as coordinating with the product, design or tech teams and wider company.

Missions

  • Work under the supervision of Lead Partner & Customer Marketing Manager to help reach the company's marketing goals and objectives
  • Help organize client breakfasts and afterworks
  • Supervise the order of gifts and goodies for our clients
  • Write down and integrate client emails in Hubspot
  • Help organize and promote client webinars that bring extra value to our customers and supervise the follow-up with the CSM & KAM team to generate upsell opportunities
  • Help implement a customer advocacy and loyalty program
  • Monitor review websites such as G2, Sourceforge, Capterra as well as other customer review platforms and help answer customer reviews
  • Write social media posts to highlight our relationship with our clients, and spread their endorsement of Didomi’s solutions
  • Required qualifications

  • Fluent in English and French 
  • Currently enrolled in (or finishing) a marketing/communications degree
  • Motivation - and ideally experience - in organizing in-person and digital events
  • Comfortable writing social media & blog posts, great copywriting skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Preferred qualifications

  • Solid understanding of marketing and communications, desire to learn B2B marketing
  • Experience working with a tech subject matter in the B2B industry
  • Comfortable with tools like Hubspot, Canva, Livestorm, Notion
