Job description

To support Diabolocom’s vision in a strong-growth environment, we are looking for an experienced Traffic and Digital Manager that will help us boost lead generation.

This is a new position in the Marketing team: the main responsibility will be to take over the digital acquisition strategy for 5 markets (France, Germany, UK, Spain, and Italy).

Main Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be in charge of:


  • Define/run the paid acquisition strategy over our 5 markets with our agency
  • Partner with Sales and Product teams to understand and adapt the strategy
  • Build/Follow SEA campaigns (Google AdWords, Bing ads): Keywords & DSA, CPC, ROAS and CPA bidding strategies with our agency
  • Build and manage Display, remarketing campaigns performance across different channels including LinkedIn, Google Display, Facebook… with our agency
  • Measure performance and optimization of marketing paid campaigns (bid adjustments, targeting of new audiences…)


  • Plan, develop and implement our SEO strategy with our agency
  • Work towards organic search optimization and ROI maximization
  • Regularly perform thorough keywords research
  • Identify key SEO KPIs
  • Monitor redirects, click rate, bounce rate, and other KPIs with our agency and associated tools


  • Plan, develop and follow our outbound and marketing strategy with our outbound specialist
  • Build and improve with an AB testing approach the efficiency of our outbound actions
  • Follow the main KPIs and adapt the strategy to choose the best levers

Preferred experience

What we are looking for:

  • Solid experience in SEM and majors traffic levers
  • Strong knowledge of Google Data Studio, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEO tools, SEA tools, Hubspot and Salesforce
  • Ability to drive strategy and coordinate it at an international level on traffic and lead generation challenges
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in French and in English. German would make a key difference
