Job description
Diabolocom is growing fast and is looking for Project Managers to continue supporting and delivering the ambitious projects our clients are building with us.
As a Project Manager, you are responsible for delivering customer projects and guaranteeing their success. Among the tasks and duties that come with the role are :
- Understanding and definition of the project scope and objectives
- Collection and analysis of customer requirements
- Setup of the solution and support of client ramp up
- Guarantee of compliance with commitments (cost, deadline, quality)
- Return of experience and advisory to customers on business best practices
The role can include pre-sales activities if you are interested.
The role requires :
- Strong customer orientation and sense of service
- Excellent interpersonal / communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Sense of anticipation and initiative
Preferred experience
Your background:
- You have an engineering school degree and significant experience in project management, ideally with a Cloud software vendor
- You have a strong interest in web technologies and appreciate the contact with tech and sales teams, with whom a close collaboration is a key success factor
- You ideally demonstrate a knowledge or a strong interest in the business of customer interactions / relationship management
- You demonstrate excellent oral and written communication in French and English is necessary for this position. Spanish, German or Italian will be a plus
Occasional trips to Europe are to be expected (UK, Germany, Italy and Spain) and a long-term evolution in one of our subsidiaries abroad is possible.
