About the role:
If you are interested in Human Resources and you would like to get experience from different HR areas to help you to define your further career path, this might be the right job for you. We are looking for HR Assistant / HR Junior Specialist to join our team.

The role covers two areas, up to 20% of your capacity would be dedicated to Global Head of Human resources where you would perform personal assistant work and provide administrative support, mainly scheduling appointments, organizing team calls/ team events, making travel arrangements.

The remaining role capacity is dedicated to assist local Prague HR team with a range of activities including talent sourcing and hiring, day to day operational support to HR Business Partners and also preparing and running different HR projects. Our local HR team provides support to over 1,600 IT professionals in truly multicultural environment, there is 60+ nationalities working in Prague location.

You should have:
• Basic understanding of HR problematic
• Awareness of the Czech Labor Law
• Sufficient level of Czech language to be able to follow up on Czech legislation and Czech versions of company Policies and Procedures
• Fluent English language (verbal as well as written) as you would communicate in English every day
• MS Office experience
• Experience from HR area as HR specialist, Recruiter or HR generalist is a plus
