About the role:

Joining the Hosting Tower of Infrastructure Programs as Associate Project Manager, you will be responsible for server build projects in this global organization.

The Hosting Tower in Infra Programs is managing larger programs concerning new Server Build, Server Refresh and Server Security. For example, new sites deployments for SATS Sorter application used by DHL Express globally or Refresh of Servers OS versions that are running out of (extended) support.

You will manage the Server Build via Change Management Process with Hardware, Operating System, Database and Middleware Teams in IT Services for the different Business Units in DPDHL

Good communication with the colleagues from the Business Units and the Engineer teams within IT Services is key for the Project Management position.You will be part of a Team of professional and experienced Hosting build Experts that are adding value to the Business Units from DPDHL.

Your work:

• Manage Server Build via Change Management Process and other tools.
• Manage stakeholder’s relationship by communicating with them regularly with project status
• Obtain feedback at any critical project milestones and at project completion to ensure that projects efforts meets customer expectations
• Develop detailed project plans and status reports
• Communicate major milestones and identifies potential project risks by conducting regular status meetings to review project activities
• Oversee and manage changing scope as well as project acceptance criteria
• Utilize project management processes and methodologies at all-time
• Translate project requirements into project objectives and tasks

You should have:

• Minimum one year of working experience in an IT company
• Being familiar with the basis IT Infrastructure terminology like Hardware, Operating System, Database and Middleware
• Proven ability to manage work with a specialist-based, high-performing and multicultural team
• Proficient in customer relationship and negotiation skills, in order to define project scope, time and quality requirements
• You can strongly demonstrated leadership in the project process and planning activities as well as strategic approach
• Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office and Teams
• ITIL and Prince 2 certification is a big advantage
