Your role

  • P - You establish the yearly marketing plan (incl. KPIs) and budget;
  • P - You develop and implement the optimal mix of social media campaigns and email marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads;
  • P - You organize and coordinate traditional marketing activities (Press Relationships, tradeshows, events …), as a complementary part of your marketing mix;
  • P - You manage all marketing campaigns and measure their effectiveness and return;
  • P - You establish the marketing dashboard and report over the marketing performance;
  • P - You select, and manage the relationship with, your contractors: marketing agencies, copywriters, web publishers, tradeshow organizers …;
  • S - You collaborate closely with Sales to constantly improve lead generation and conversion in opportunities;
  • S - You manage the content calendar and coordinate with the internal and external content provider; you overlook the creation of content, and ensure consistency with dFakto’s tone of voice and brand throughout all channels;
  • S - You constantly keep an eye on the market, the competition, the trends, and make recommendations to dFakto’s management.

Profil recherché

  • You have 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the software or IT segments, preferably in companies with partner sales;
  • You have a broad overview of multichannel (social media, search engines, Google display, native advertisement …), and you have built a solid experience in the tracking of your digital campaign results, in order results of your digital to make data-driven decisions for advertising budget decisions;
  • Result analysis, target setting, reporting vs KPIs and targets are part of your daily practice and focus
  • You are passionate about the latest social media trends; You have a good understanding of web design and ad layout principles;
  • You are curious of trends and changes in the business and IT worlds;
  • You have strong written and persuasive skills; you have the ability to present complicated information effectively; you have expertise in creating, reviewing and editing written communication;
  • You are autonomous, creative, very result-oriented, and have a hands-on mentality;
  • You have strong project management skills, with a real sense for priority setting;
  • You have a master degree in marketing or business;
  • You speak and write perfectly in French and English.
