Presentation of the position
As an apprentice Business Developer you will follow and support the sales team in their tasks. The sales team will mentor you by giving you the opportunity to learn about the sales and marketing area: S&M organisation, processes and tools; prospection & networking; sales cycle management incl. negotiation and closing; business reviewing and planning.

This work-study program will allow you to combine theoretical teachings and professional experience within a company.
It will contribute favorably to your transition between higher education or university and the professional world.

Your tasks will be

  • Take part in the definition and execution of the department’s strategy and tactics, on transversal subjects and in direct contact with other teams;
  • Developing new business opportunities by reaching both current and potential customers;
  • Generating leads; exploring new verticals; testing new solutions & S&M approaches;
  • Participating to marketing activities such as events (internal & external), content creation (e.g. customer video …);
  • Pitching our solutions, making sure the prospects & clients see their added value;
  • Responding to sales inquiries (B2B deals as well as public RFPs) and drafting proposals;
  • (Participating to) negotiating and closing deals;
  • Contributing to achieving monthly S&M targets.

Supervision of the trainee

The supervisor will work closely with you and you will have access to a quality work environment. From the beginning of your mission, the trainer will supervise you, take the time to accompany and coach you, and validate your progress in order to closely follow the evolution of your work. The goal is also for you to acquire as much autonomy as possible over time.

You will be integrated into the workspace with all dFakto collaborators. The goal is that you are quickly integrated and that you benefit from a stimulating work environment. We are above all a team!


Profil recherché

  • You are preparing a Master’s degree in a management/business school
  • You have excellent communication skills, both spoken and written; you have excellent presentation skills;
  • You have an interest in Sales, in Technology and preferably in data management;
  • You’re open-minded, curious and assertive;
  • You have analytical skills and are good at content creation (for sales presentation, proposals, mail communications …);
  • Language skills : you are fluent in French & English;
  • Computer skills Microsoft suite, including excel and powerpoint.

You will have an interview with your future tutor to have a more detailed presentation of the topics, talk about your technical skills
