The role (what you’ll do):

  • Lead the partnerships function, be accountable for driving revenue directly and indirectly related from 3rd party partnerships
  • Support product expansion of the Dext suite through partnerships

Reporting to the Business Development Director (based in the UK), you will work closely with regional General Managers, Product Owners and the Strategy team to deliver:

  • New revenue growth via new resellers
  • 3rd party product partnerships
  • Global management on relationships with core ecosystem partners - i.e Xero, Intuit, ApprovalMax

Accountabilities

  • Develop and deliver a reseller partnership programme collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
  • Facilitating the deal committee - fortnightly sessions where new partnership deals are tabled, reviewed, and approved by key SMT members
  • Support primary relationships with major ecosystem partners
  • Supporting the partnerships sales team, providing coaching and mentoring to fellow team members
  • Report monthly results..
  • Promote product updates, upskilling of resellers teams on relevant Dext changes

Success Measures/Performance Metrics:

  • New ARR from reseller and referral partners
  • Min. 3 corporate Partnership deals signed p/q
  • Rev share/commission earned on selling 3rd party products to accounting partners

Input Metrics:

Steady pipeline of prospective partnerships, aligned with strategy

Skills:

Experience negotiating large complex contracts at a senior/C-suite level
Experience with external partnerships
Business development
Stakeholder Management
Desired: Partnerships experience - ideally in SMB or FinTech industry

Systems

G Suite, specifically Google Slides
PowerPoint, MS Excel
Strong Accounting software ecosystem knowledge
