Responsibilities: • Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns to achieve business objectives • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends • Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted marketing strategies • Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively • Oversee the creation and production of marketing materials, including print and digital content • Analyze the performance of marketing efforts and provide regular reports to leadership • Identify and manage relationships with external marketing and advertising agencies • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and adjust the marketing plan accordingly
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on strategy and campaign development
• Demonstrated ability to develop and manage budgets
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in marketing technology and analytics tools
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Experience in B2B marketing is a plus.
