How about you?

The Senior Business Manager, Western Europe is responsible for growing Deezer’s business by identifying, acquiring and managing distribution partners for Deezer in assigned territories/ partners within the Western Europe region.

The Western Europe region comprises of the Nordics countries, Benelux and Southern Europe (Spain, Portugal and Italy).

What you will do:

Strategy

  • Develop a partner strategy for relevant territories / verticals including financial projections and business cases
  • Monitor the industry and identify trends that are relevant for Deezer’s future business.

Business Development

  • Evaluate new opportunities for Deezer to drive the distribution of Deezer’s products in assigned territories.
  • Acquire partnerships with a focus on long term growth, balancing opportunity and investment for Deezer

Account Management

  • Manage and grow existing partnerships, work actively with existing partners to maximise Deezer’s exposure.
  • Proactively propose new commercial or marketing initiatives to partners that drive Deezer’s subscriber base and revenue
  • Build a strong rapport with partners and keep them constantly updated on Deezer’s products and activities.
  • Serve as a single point of contact for Deezer’s internal stakeholders and partners.
  • Execute global partnerships. Establish local relationships for Deezer’s global partners and execute global campaigns successfully in assigned territories.

Profil recherché

Qualifications

What we are looking for:

  • 4+ years relevant working experience in Account Management or Business Development in or related to, Consumer Electronics, Telecommunications industries or Digital
  • Proven track record of negotiating deals or growing business with companies and exceeding targets
  • Problem solver with ability to come up with creative solutions to develop win/win partnerships
  • Analytical mind & strategic thinker
  • Team player, driven attitude
  • Strong negotiation, influencing & communication abilities to influence outcomes
  • externally and internally
  • Experience working internationally and across cultures
  • Full professional fluency English (ability to manage negotiations, including contractual ones)
  • Fluency in Spanish and experience of the Spanish market is a plus
