We are currently looking for a passionate HR Compensation & Benefits Manager to step up on our compensation strategy, redesign and implementation and lead Compensation, Benefits, HR controlling and HR excellence.
You are extremely at ease with numbers and analytics. You can have a high view on projects and deep dive into them.
What you will do:
Lead our compensation strategy
Upgrade our current benefits by evaluating and modifying existing practices.
Develop new compensation & benefits programs such as profit-sharing, incentives, employee wellness
Support the People team from hiring to talent retention by giving them the right benchmarks and guidelines
Lead the salary review process
Owner of the grading system - Review and enhance our job grading for all roles within the organisation and across functions
Lead and improve our salary mass forecast
Overall, identify opportunities to leverage and monitor HR operational excellence

What we are looking for:
At least 5 years of experience in an international compensation / controlling environment ; experience in consulting company would be a plus
Expertise in Compensation strategy
Track record in managing projects in all-related compensation topics, such as job grading and studies
Knowledgeable in legislation governing compensation and incentive programs
Experience in HR controlling
Excellent analytical and project management skills
Positive & team player mindset
Great communication in English and presentations skills
Firm interpersonal skills and a drive to get things done collaboratively, self-directed
