Descriptif du poste

Deepomatic has met its product/market fit and enters a scale-up phase. Weare looking for a talented Communication apprentice to help us create a strong awareness among our target audience.

Your mission will be to have Deepomatic’s brand resonate among our targets for its achievements in terms of AI in production and digital transformation for companies, but also to spread awareness around our engagements (sustainability, gender equality, etc).

Telecommunication and Field Services industries are our sweet spots at the moment and we are dedicating a lot of communication efforts towards them.

Hand in hand with Eléonore, our Marketing Director, you will quickly take the leadership in social media and event management.

Here are are the 4 pillars of what we would like you to achieve:

Social Media/Community Management

We use social networks (mainly Linkedin and Twitter) both to attract new prospects and candidates but also to maintain a news flow to nurture our community, our customers and investors . We communicate on various topics on a weekly basis: sustainability, gender equality, customer projects, reaction to the news, …

  • Creating and updating a social media calendar that can be shared internally and with partners
  • Copywriting and publish social post that are both eye-catching and informative
  • Developing employee advocacy programs to help them communicate around Deepomatic if they want to!
  • Creating visual resources such as image displays, GIF, videos, …

B2B Events Management

We are attending several trade shows during the year to meet our prospects but we also organize internal events such as customer breakfast and meet-ups.

  • Ownership of the event calendar (enquirement, applications etc)
  • Organizing the event and being the main point of contact with the event organizers and service providers (venue, catering, equipments)
  • Ensuring our brand stands out (roll-outs, flyers, goodies)

Internal communication

We put a strong emphasis on maintaining a friendly and motivating company culture and having consistent internal communication help with that.

  • Internal newsletter: We send on a regular basis a newsletter with the team latest achievement
  • If you love company events, you can also join the small team in charge of organizing the yearly seminar and internal events.

Brand development

We have a core identity around making technology sexy (we call it sexytech) and we would love for you to take part in developing initiatives on that topic. On top of our mind, we would like to have a more consistent graphic identity, improve our employer brand (to better reflect who we are), participate a bit more in the AI community etc.

Profil recherché

We are looking for passionate people that can question how to do things and who are not afraid of bringing new ideas forward.

For this position, we are looking for someone who:

  • has already at least a 6 month experience in a communication position.
  • loves playing around with words to create compelling social media content.
  • is comfortable in English (fluent) as we mainly communicate in English externally. You can be helped by native copywriters to proofread your texts.
  • have a bit of skills in graphic design (Canva can be enough!)
  • is organized.

Déroulement des entretiens

The recruitment process: a screening call, on-site interviews (including a culture fit interview to meet the team) and finally a reference call.

We are open in terms of pay and work rhythm (but need to work at least 2 days per week) - Let’s talk! This apprenticeship can lead to a full time position.

We are looking for someone that can start in September/October.
