Since 2014, Deepki, a young innovative company in hyper-growth, has combined data-analytics, energy management and
to accelerate the energy transition of real estate parks. We develop SaaS software that collects, makes reliable and analyzes existing data from our customers’ large building fleets, in order to detect the potential for energy savings automatically.
Now the leader in France, present in Spain and Italy, Deepki sets out to conquer the international market to accelerate the Energy Transition. To support this dynamic, we are strengthening our technical team

MISSIONS: Within this startup, Customer Success Manager Deepki, manages and supports our customers in the deployment of SaaS software.

  • It contributes to the management of energy-saving projects.
  • He participates in the specification and instanciation of SaaS business applications.
  • He analyzes customer data and writes deliverables (reporting, analysis, etc.);
  • It trains customer users and accompanies them in the operation of the business application.
  • It guarantees the quality of the deliverables application and non-application customers and the use by users;
  • It identifies complementary needs, manages the customer roadmap and makes complementary offers.
  • He participates in the capitalization of expertise by the realization of notes.
  • international project management (in particular with Italy)

Profil recherché

ESSENTIAL QUALITIES AND SKILLS:
• Experience or training in energy /building/electricity
• Project management
• Quality and methodology
• Communication and pedagogy
• Sense of contact client
• native speaker Italian

“NICE TO HAVE” SKILLS:
• Interest in computer development (python / R / …)
• Agile development methods (Scrum / sprint / …)
