Daxium is an innovative start-up of 35 employees, amongst which 6 of them are based in our office in Dubai. Our objective is to support our customers in the digital transformation of their operational teams’ daily reporting, but also in the analysis of this reporting.

How? We provide mobile applications (IOS, Android) in the hands of the companies’ employees, aiming to digitalize all their heavy and manual reporting processes to communicate data from the ground to the head office. All the data of those teams is automatically consolidated within dashboards.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Under the supervision of the service delivery manager, you will help to organize the configuration, delivery, and analysis of the solutions we set up for our different clients. Our solutions don’t require advanced coding skills to be configured (content management system like). You will also participate in the setup of processes to optimize the delivery & quality of the solutions we deploy.

60% Solution configuration & deployment

  • Assist & report to the service delivery manager.
  • Design the solution according to our clients expected output
  • Configure the solution according to the client’s brief (digital forms creation, report automation)
  • Configure Power BI dashboards (data exports, data models, visualizations).
  • For projects with integrations, produce the technical contract, assist for the SIT & UAT
  • Quality check on other team members’ configurations (peer review)
  • Delivery & demo of the solution to Daxium’s Key Account Manager & Customer Success Manager for the account

20% IT Customer support

  • Being the customer support point of contact for some accounts (email, phone, WhatsApp)
  • Analysis, testing and correction of customers’ issues
  • Register/Qualify all the level 2 & 3 issues on our ticketing portal and follow-up until resolution with our product team

20% Technical pre-sales

  • For big projects involving integrations with other software from our prospects IT ecosystem, assist our sales team in finding the best technical solution to match the prospect requirements (analysis of technical needs, architecture blueprints). If needed, create requests for specific developments to our product team
  • Point of contact for the infrastructure & security questions of our prospects (assisted by the service delivery manager)

Profil recherché

PREFERRED SKILLS
IT and/or Engineer oriented studies or career

SOFT SKILLS

  • Fluent in French & English – Arabic is a plus
  • Proactivity, fast learner, problem solver (trial & error), eager to learn
  • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in team under deadline pressures
  • Great team player who can also take ownership of tasks

HARD SKILLS

  • Proficiency of MS Office Package
  • Knowledge of Javascript & JSON (VBA is a plus)
  • Knowledge of PowerBI (or any BI tool: Tableau, Oracle BI, Google Data Studio…)
  • Basics of SQL
  • Basics of solution architecture design is a plus
  • Knowledge of a markup language is a plus (html, xml, …)

EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in a SaaS company is a plus
  • Experience in a B2B company is a plus
  • Experience in the retail industry and/or field services is a plus
