We are looking for a talented Influencer & Social Media Manager who’s responsible for the strategy implementation, planning and execution of Dawex influencer & social media programs to increase Dawex awareness and company’s reputation as an industry leader. He/She will proactively identify, engage and build relationships with influencers across both traditional and social media channels, drive the day-to-day execution work of social media activities and develop the overall strategy of the program.

He/She will have strong personal and professional experience creating and promoting content for all major social channels, strong understanding of social media metrics and ability to translate insights into prompt action plans, and a proven track record of creating and executing highly engaging social media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Build Dawex community, develop & execute influencer & social media strategy that ladders up to overall brand and communication strategy, leading to increased engagement, followers, channel growth, customer acquisition, referral and traffic.
• Own and maintain tactical influencer & social media plan and editorial calendar for Twitter, and LinkedIn platforms, including writing, curating, and scheduling all posts from social accounts.
• Develop and execute successful social media campaigns. Manage social presence day-to-day, and track, measure, and analyze performance of social content and campaigns.
• Work closely with cross functional teams across the organization to establish internal processes that support promotion of our content and brand strategy.
• Coordinate Reputation Management including participation in Business/Trade Associations, Business Club, and contribution to Industry Awards.


Profil recherché

Qualifications

• 5+ years of social media experience within a B2B environment
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in marketing communications, journalism, communications, public relations, or a related field
• Lives and breathes social media
• A deep understanding and experience using social media for professional marketing purposes including the role of LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, blogs and other social media platforms
• A keen interest in data challenges, from technology, economic, to societal and political perspectives a plus.
• Proven ability to manage a brand or organization’s social presence across platforms and successfully engage fans and followers
• Strong knowledge of social media monitoring and analytical tools and experience listening, measuring, analyzing and presenting the results of social media campaigns
• Excellent research, writing, editing and organizational skills
• Self-starter and ability to work in a fast-pace environment
• Fluent in English
