We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Growth Strategist to join our team under the leadership of the French Sales Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new client opportunities across our diverse service offerings. This role will focus in expanding our client base and driving the company’s growth in international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition: Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities with a focus on our core services: digital marketing, brand performance, omnichannel growth amplification, and international brand reputation management.

Lead Generation: Proactively generate leads through various channels including networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.

Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs to tailor sales strategies effectively.

Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our client base.

Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to foster long-term partnerships and develop opportunities.

Client understanding: Build strong relationships with clients to understand their business goals, target audiences, and content needs.

Collaboration: Work closely with the French Sales Director and other internal teams to align sales efforts with company goals and ensure seamless client onboarding.

Reporting: Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the management team, highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities.


Profil recherché

ualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Growth Strategist, Sales Hunter or similar role in a fast-paced, high-growth environment;

  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets;

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills;

  • Ability to understand and articulate complex service offerings;

  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach;

  • Fluent in French and English; additional languages are a plus;

  • Willingness to travel as needed.
