Descriptif du poste

Our Customer Engagement team supports our clients not only in the implementation of our DataCatalogue 360® solution but also, more broadly, we walk with our clients throughout the whole Datagalaxy journey
Your mission, if you accept it will be:

  • Onboard and train clients on the tool
  • Improve customer experience, by analysing data, sharing and create best practices, Facilitate the resolution of customer requests, problems and complaints
  • Create, maintain and improve ongoing customer relationships
  • Network to identify new needs from our customers and potential business growth in collaboration with the Sales team and participate in events and forum
  • Minimise customer churn

Profil recherché

  • 2 to 5 years proven experience with customer relationships or other data consulting experience.
  • Autonomous, looking for new challenges and accompanying the exploding Data market is a real motivation for you
  • Very good level of English, both written and spoken
  • Highly organised and able to multi-task
  • Passion for service and customer satisfaction
  • You are structured and analytical
  • You have excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-moving team
