About the role:
The QA team is a critical component of Data Impact’s software engineering team. When a new piece of software is being developed or a bug being fixed, the QA Engineers are part of the process from start to end.
We are looking for a QA Engineer to join the product team and focus on deploying and following engineering best practices. Our distributed team has a broad scope and balanced mix of levels so there’s plenty of room to teach and learn.

What you will be doing:
• Build and maintain an end-to-end CI infrastructure, from unit to integration tests
• Participate in code reviews for your team
• Elaborate acceptance criteria from the product specs
• Write automated tests
• Provide and follow the right KPIs on the product quality

What you bring along:
• Proven experience as a QA Engineer, working with Go, Python or PHP (2-3yrs minimum)
• Deep understanding of a software development lifecycle
• Ability to communicate well with individuals and groups to accomplish a common set of goals
• English and French: professional proficiency
