Role description:
These are very exciting times for Data Impact’s Marketing team!
Why? The company keeps growing and continues its international expansion. This brings new challenges but also new opportunities. We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to run, optimize and keep building our lead acquisition engine to drive predictable and scalable growth!

In this role, you would work closely with our marketing and sales teams to optimize and scale our demand and lead generation basis. You would be focused on growth & performance marketing including running paid ad campaigns across channels.

Your responsibilities would include:
• Being the expert on lead acquisition and demand generation, mastering the process from A to Z with clear propositions for improvement
• Setting up A/B testing and deploying roadmap including scope, targets, and metrics
• Developing, testing and running paid media campaigns to generate qualified leads (Google ads, Linkedin ads,..)
• Improving our website to generate demand and exploring potential integrations with external tools, with the goal of generating qualified inbound leads
• Improving our SEO performance
• Taking over our current webinar & event programs to drive lead generation and brand awareness
• Working closely with our Content Manager to align content use and message to our lead & demand generation needs
• Successfully running and optimizing our outbound emailing strategy
• Developing and managing our market index creation project


Profil recherché

This job is for you if you:
• already have proven, hands-on experience in a similar role in B2B business (ideally start-up environment)
• are able to make recommendations and create clear roadmaps from start to finish
• have past experience with A/B testing to ensure a strong performance of our outbound campaigns
• have a strong knowledge of SEO, Google analytics, Google search console, and other outbound tools
• Have hands-on experience with running paid ad campaigns, especially on Google and LinkedIn, including the best practice knowledge
• are at ease with numbers and like to make data-based decisions
• like to be challenged on a daily basis
• are focused on the big picture but also pay great attention to detail
• excel in multitasking and are extremely organized
• enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
• believe that everything can be done better and you’re not afraid to push things to the next level
• are fluent or native in English and can communicate in spoken and written French
• are open-minded and you like to have fun at work
• enjoy working in tech and are not afraid of Excel and numbers
• are interested in CPG ecommerce
• have at least 3-5 years of experience in similar position managing growth marketing projects and paid campaigns
