Descriptif du poste

Your mission at Dashdoc would be to build a team of talented people by outbound recruitments to make Dashdoc scale fast and keep on track our expected recruiting forecast.

The outcomes

  • Outbound recruitments : hire 20 talents yearly (including in France, Benelux & Germany)
  • 60% from our new team members have international profiles
  • Set up a scalable recruiting process to build the right process to measure and improve our recruiting process and techniques.

Profil recherché

We are made to work together if:

  • You’re fluent in english, both writing and reading. Speaking flemish or german is a plus !
  • You already have a recruiting experience
  • You’re a challenger: you’re persistence and demonstrate tenacity and willingness to go the distance to get something done
  • You have strong skills in emotional intelligence: you have listening skills and ability to create the perfect match between candidates and Dashdoc
  • You share our core values: Care, Ambition, Passion & Speed

Déroulement des entretiens

  • A 30-minute phone call with Solene to ensure the match with what we’re both looking for
  • A 60-minute interview to learn more about you
  • A home-study case and a presentation in front of Solene and Benoit, the CEO
  • Meeting with the team to ensure the good fit with other teams
