Key position with high responsibilities in an innovative company, you will be in charge of the animation of our community on social networks, and will participate in internal and external communication actions, in a context of strong growth and development. internationalization (Europe). You will work closely with the Community Manager France.

Your missions:
● Build a daily link with the community (animating, responding, building loyalty, moderating)
● Develop our community internationally
● Test new actions and/or new formats with the community
● Track metrics, understand them and learn from them
● Report community recommendations
● Produce original content for each platform
● Manage the editorial calendar for our social networks
● Contribute to other projects of the Communication team


Profil recherché

Skills:
● Masters the regulations applicable to institutional communication, the rules of ethics and of ethics.
● Proficiency in IT tools (Office suite, graphic design and editing software (Canva or
● DTP: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
● Writes effectively with a perfect command of vocabulary, syntax and spelling.
● English: bilingual(written/oral)
● German: Level B2
● Has a developed sense of active listening (asks questions and reformulates).
● Demonstrates creativity.
● Is passionate about social networks and communication.
● Knows how to adapt his action in the face of permanent changes.
● Takes initiatives and propose concrete solutions.
● Is reactive, rigorous, organized, tenacious and operates with empathy.
● Anticipates and identifies blocking situations, finds alternatives and informs the members of the team.
● Adheres to our values, wants to promote the Made in France, industry, innovation and design.

Diplomas/experience:
● Bac +2 level training: Specialized school diploma in Community Management, digital, webmarketing, communication
● Minimum 1 year experience in Community Manager
● Has already created or participated in a strong project on social networks with an engaged community

Knowledges:
● Excellent digital culture (Internet and social networks, online advertising, collaborative tools…)
● Knowledge of communication techniques, information technologies, Internet, video, social networks, multimedia.
● Good knowledge of technological, thematic or artistic monitoring techniques.

Déroulement des entretiens

3 interviews:
A thirty minutes interview with our HR Manager to get to know each other and see if our respective expectations match.

A one hour interviw with a representative of the communication and marketing team to assess your knowledges and skills.

A one hour interview with our CEO to validate the process.
