Your mission is to mentor a SCRUM development team (3 to 5 people) to enable them to flourish by giving the best of themselves.

You will work on all stages of development :

• Study of developments with the Product Owner
• Technical and architectural choices and drafting of specifications
• Development, quality assurance and deployment
• Monitoring of production indicators and anticipating developments

We are looking for engineers passionate about the development of SAAS platforms in micro-services environments, who want to develop new and ambitious features and experiment with us with the most advanced technical solutions, working on all stages of the product’s life, from design to maintenance and who like to share their passion and knowledge.

• Strong developer experience (8 years or more); knowledge of other environments is a plus,
  Mandatory management experience
• Fluent English required
• Ability to lead a team and collaborate with Product, QA, IT Ops, Customer Service
• Support of the team and development of its know-how
• Involvement in solving technical problems
• Practice of SCRUM/KANBAN methodologies
• Experience in a SAAS environment and production management
