The team

Our Product Team is composed of 26 people organized by poles : product solutions, design, knowledge and expertise. Its goal is to delight hoteliers and hotel chains with sharp technologies facilitating their complex distribution and operations.

The missions

As Product Manager for the Booking Engines, you will be reporting to the Product Director for Direct Distribution and be in charge of product management activities for one of our core products used by thousands of hotels worldwide to generate direct bookings on their website.

In particular, you will be responsible for:

  • Build the vision of your product scope, the strategy to deliver it. Make sure everyone understands and embraces it.
  • Drive user research with Product Design to collect internal / external user’s needs, organize customer workshops and animate focus groups
  • Collaborate with Designers and Engineers to ideate and deliver the best solution to our clients.
  • Establish product requirements, plan and prioritize product features, manage your backlog.
  • Define successful roll-out strategies, organize go-to-market plans in collaboration with the Marketing team.
  • Provide vision and direction to your team and stakeholders throughout the project.
  • Develop and monitor relevant business and product usage KPIs.
  • Be the number one advocate of your product in the organization.
  • Collaborate with our Product Knowledge team to train our users, onboard support and contribute to our e-learning success

Profil recherché

  • +5 years of Product Management experience
  • You have led a software product or component from the discovery to the shipping stage
  • You have strong technical knowledge and are comfortable participating in technical decisions made in your team
  • Data driven, you know how to leverage large amounts of data to make informed decisions.
  • Positive attitude: high level of energy and team player, you show a strong drive to always move forward, explore new territories and take initiatives.
  • Detail oriented and customer centric you are also well versed in customer journey’s optimization.
  • You are collaborative, able to federate stakeholders across an organization in an international context
  • Ability to manage expectations in a B2B / B2B2C environment
  • Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills.
  • Languages: Fluent English is a requirement for the position.
