Job description

Your mission will be to bring the best solution to the customers as fast as possible. To succeed, you will:

  • Identify and qualify with perfect accuracy the issues of our customers
  • As an expert of Cubyn’s solution, provide them the best solving experience on e-commerce market (quick, precise and accurate), covering all operational subjects: fulfilment, transport, tech, billing, integration
  • Participate actively in building a customer service based on excellence by being proactive in implementing and deploying continuous improvement in the processes
  • Report directly to the Customer Success Team Lead

Preferred experience

  • Master degree
  • Basic knowledge of SQL
  • Strong analytical skills and rigor
  • Ability to listen actively, good oral and written communication, ability to synthezise
  • Resilient and solution-oriented
  • Fluent French & English level
