As Inside Sales Representatives, you will join our team of highly skilled and dedicated colleagues based in France (Montpellier or Paris) .

Among your main objectives, we can highlight the following:

  • Initiate and participate in sales activities prospecting, including outbound/inbound phone calls, networking, emailing, and lead cycle management to cross-sell/upsell into our current partner ecosystem,
  • Learn and develop competency with Crayon Intelligent Cloud & Services value propositions, offerings, and systems,
  • Go-To-Market with a pre-defined message in how to transform on-prem business to the cloud, supporting their customer base’s cloud optimization journey,
  • Drive daily exceptional Partner Experience by supporting the costumerscustomers through our process, and support needs by leveraging Crayon experts,
  • Collaborate with sales management on account strategy and execution, such as driving new revenue and profit opportunities leveraging Cloud and Software & Cloud Analytics (SCA) services with our existing partner base.

Profil recherché

Wanted competencies & experience:

  • Experience in sales and/or customer relations, phone-based sales/ customer support/ helpdesk ideally. Previous sales/ customer service experience in IT is advantageous,
  • Strong business familiarity and/or experience with the IT channel or Microsoft channel ecosystem is advantageous,
  • Bachelor’s education level is preferred,
  • Demonstrate business acumen with the ability to converse with managers/decision-makers is beneficial

Practical Information:

  • Location for this role: Paris / Montpellier, France,
  • Languages required: Professional level English and French, verbal & written. Multilingual skills are beneficial,
